Today was an Royal Life Saving Society UK - RLSS UK Open Water Lifeguard course at Trifarm lake in .
12 more lifeguards ready to keep you safe this summer across the country, particularly important as the temperatures increase again.
“It’s great that people want to swim, but make sure you understand the conditions & temperature before entering the water, & pick a facility with qualified lifeguards.
This is so attend some lifesaving lessons, whatever your age”, said lifeguard trainer David Ebbs.
