I am a State Registered NHS Paramedic with 18 years experience of treating people at the initial point of injury. My other passion is rehabilitation and assisting people to make the most of every opportunity they have and to live life to the max. I will be undertaking a years course at CSSM (Cambridge School of Sports Massage) and throughout the year I will require volunteers to practise my new s

The price of all products used has significantly increased and therefore I need to increase my costs to you the clients.

Good Morning All. 🌞
Many of you will be waking up having ran some sort of distance / race this month.
To each and everyone of you, you are winners. If you did what you wanted to do, your a winner.
If you fell short of your own goals, your a winner, you turned up, excepted the challenge and persevered.
Not everybody succeeds at there goals at the first attempt but those that give it another try are the strongest.

Another week and another marathon.

Wow what a weekend it has been, Manchester marathon did not disappoint.
It is always a pleasure to watch friends and clients on their A race of the season and this year so many achieved so many great things. Running is a very physical, but also a very mental sport and self belief is an important attribute.
Congratulations to you all, you know who you are. Let’s do it all again next weekend 😂

Apologies for social media silence over the past few months (just realised I still had my Christmas logo up 🙈)
It has been a really busy start to the year and as marathon race days are approaching I have enjoyed a great week working with many who are either running Manchester Marathon or London Marathon (or both) - here’s wishing you all the best race possible. You have all trained hard and I am sure will see the results. Last night I travelled to Norwich with Harry my son for a 1500m race which he did amazingly well as did another client, it is always fun to work with these youngsters to see them developing.

Good Evening - I know I haven’t posted for a while, but the treatment room has been very busy helping clients to stay on track for the sporting and physical needs
I have some exciting carpentry work booked for the room, so I will be closed for 1 week from 13th - 17th June and plan to open again from 20th June, but watch this space.
As always I will be available for virtual consultations and if required could do a mobile appointment.
