The journey started with an idea.

To build more than a football club.

To build a community where people from different countries, cultures and backgrounds come together under one badge.

Today, that journey reaches another milestone.

Ipswich United FC has been promoted to the ISFL Premier Division.

This achievement belongs to every player, coach, volunteer, sponsor and supporter who believed in what we’re building.

Promotion isn’t the destination.

It’s the standard.

There are seasons that define results, and there are seasons that define people. This one did both.

Third place is the number. Unity is the truth.

What was built here goes beyond standings. It was forged in commitment, in showing up when it was easier not to, in standing together when pressure tested character. That is where real teams are made. Not in victories alone, but in how they refuse to break.

There was a gap in leadership presence this year. That responsibility is mine. Standards were not matched with the consistency they deserve. That is acknowledged, and it will not repeat.

Now the direction is clear.

This group has a base most teams never reach. With structure, with discipline, with relentless intent, this does not stay at third. It moves.

Planning for the next season has already started. The foundation is set. What comes next is evolution. New elements will be introduced. The level will rise. Expectations will rise with it.

Stay locked in. Stay accountable. Stay united.

Because when a group reaches this level of connection, it stops being a team and becomes something much harder to stop.

Thank you and For this amazing event, it was truly special for being recognised among such amazing people.

This was never about a trophy.

It began as an idea carried quietly. Two people choosing to build instead of waiting, to unite instead of conform, to give form to something that did not yet exist. Ipswich United was born from belief, not permission. From work done when no one was watching, and responsibility accepted long before recognition arrived.

Sport, at its core, is not competition. It is structure. It is discipline. It is the decision to show up repeatedly for something bigger than the self. To create a place where effort has meaning and values have weight.

This award does not mark an ending. It marks continuity. Proof that when intention is honest and ex*****on is consistent, even small beginnings can become shared identity.

Founders are not defined by titles, but by what remains standing when they step back.
And what we built stands.

A dramatic win today for Ipswich United.
We went into half-time 4–1 up after a dominant first 45 minutes.

In the second half, a series of harsh and questionable decisions brought the opponents back into the game, turning control into chaos and nearly costing us the match.

But the squad showed enormous resilience.
We kept fighting, kept believing, and with pure persistence, we scored the winner in the final minute.

Man of the Match: — outstanding work-rate, composure and impact.
