The next club that needs to be on your radar is the Adastral Park Fitness club! Doing a mixture of high intensity interval training, including occasionally elements of boxing, or even preparation for skiing holidays! This class has it all!

Led by Frank, an amazing instructor, who will keep you on your toes. This isn't one to miss!

Adastral Park is opening to a limited number of those who have retired from Adastral Park for their 50th anniversary celebrations.

There will be an open day on Monday 17th November from 10:30 till 14:00.

You will be able to see:
- our heritage centre
- our innovation timeline in the Hub
- a variety of pictures and displays in the Hub
- two talks , one on the birth of text messaging (11am) & one on the heritage of the park, and the move from Dollis Hill (12pm)
- AtLAS stand and history

You are also welcome to purchase lunch from the onsite restaurant.

To 'kick' off the AtLAS club spotlight's we have a new addition! After the success of the trial sessions, are now running a weekly kickboxing club starting from the 29th of October!
