💛☕️💃 THE ASHDALE GOLD TEA DANCE 💃☕️💛
Wowsers, what can we say about our Zumba Gold fundraiser on Saturday? We’ll start with THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!
The last of the donations are now in and the grand total raised is a phenomenal £1,500!!! 🤩💕💷😍👏🏻 Simply A-MAZ-ING!!!!! We’re sure the team at Ashdale Hall will be absolutely delighted once we let them know how much we have raised. It will go a long way towards their fundraising target for the year 🎉
There are so many people to thank for making the event such a huge success. The Watt Clan were all roped in and did an amazing job. We really are so grateful to them for giving up their Saturday to help us set up, decorate and get everyone signed in. The teas were a huge team effort and special thanks to Malcolm and Sheena for all their work while we were dancing, Sharon and Donna for serving and everyone who popped in to help or offered their help throughout the day. The clear up at the end was incredible, everyone pulled together and helped in one way or another, clearing tables, moving chairs, washing dishes.
Whilst we were all enjoying the refreshments the raffle was drawn by Hannah and Jonathan. We were simply blown away by the amount of people who bought tickets and also donated prizes. The raffle alone took in over £650! The big prize winners are as follows:

• £15 MARKS & SPENCER VOUCHER - Helen Walker
• £10 FOXLANE GARDEN CENTRE VOUCHER - Margaret Walker
Well done to all our worthy winners. Many weren’t at the event, but prizes will be handed out in classes over the course of the week
The day couldn’t have happened without all of our wonderful Golden Girls. You all danced, whooped and sang 🎶 your hearts out. Thank you for making it so special and we hope you all enjoyed it.
