Hope everyone is keeping well? It's been so nice to bump into some of you and see how much all the not so tiny little ones have grown up!! 🥰
Many of you will have returned to work now, but I'm thinking of starting this class up again.
Please let me know if you'd be interested, or perhaps you know some new mums you coukd recommend it to?
Any feedback would be amazing thanks.

Classes are fun and relaxed but still challenging 💪
We end with a focus on core rehabilitation and diastis recti safe exercises to help rebuild core strength after having kids ❤️
