Inverurie Loco Works FC is a proud, community-driven Semi-Professional club competing in the Highland League. With a strong footballing tradition and an ambitious first team environment, we are committed to developing players, staff, and the club as a whole. We are now seeking a skilled and motivated First Team Goalkeeping Coach to join our coaching staff.

𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄
The First Team Goalkeeping Coach will lead the technical and tactical development of our senior goalkeepers, delivering structured training sessions and working closely with the management team to prepare the squad for Highland League competition.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
Plan, deliver, and review high-quality goalkeeper training sessions aligned with first team objectives.
Coach technical aspects such as handling, footwork, shot-stopping, distribution, and 1v1s.
Provide tactical insight regarding positioning, set pieces, and game management.
Conduct matchday warm-ups and offer feedback and analysis pre- and post-match.
Collaborate closely with the First Team Manager and coaching staff.
Maintain high professional standards, ensuring a positive, safe, and driven environment.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
Relevant Goalkeeper Coaching Qualification (e.g., Scottish FA GK qualification, UEFA GK Licence, or equivalent).
Experience coaching senior or semi-professional goalkeepers.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Availability for midweek training and weekend matchdays.
Commitment to continuous development and professional standards.

𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗔𝘁𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗯𝘂𝘁𝗲𝘀
Previous playing experience as a goalkeeper.
Knowledge of Highland League football.
Experience with video/performance analysis tools.
Valid First Aid and PVG certification.

Inverurie Loco Works F.C. is seeking a committed and professional student physiotherapist/sports therapist to provide match day support for the club's first-team squad competing in the Highland League.

This is an excellent opportunity for a student physiotherapist or a newly qualified physiotherapist with a passion for football to gain valuable experience within a competitive football environment.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

Provide pitch-side first aid cover for all first-team home & away matches during football playing season, July – April Inclusive.
Assess and treat acute injuries sustained during matches.
Deliver pre-match player preparation, including taping, strapping, and injury prevention interventions- where appropriate or guided by physiotherapist
Maintain accurate injury records and communicate effectively with coaching staff regarding player availability.
Ensure medical equipment and emergency procedures are match-ready and compliant with relevant regulations.

𝐄𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬

Sports Massage qualification.
Sports taping qualification/certification.
Experience in musculoskeletal and sports injury assessment and treatment.
Current First Aid qualification (or willingness to obtain one).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced sporting environment.

𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐫𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬

Previous experience working in football or other competitive sports settings.
FA/Scottish FA pitch-side trauma or equivalent sports first aid qualifications.
Full Driving Licence and own transport .

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫

Opportunity to work within a respected Highland League football club.
Valuable hands-on experience in football and sports medicine.
Flexible part-time commitment suitable alongside studies or other clinical roles.
Matchday remuneration commensurate with experience.
