Having coached 400+ people, losing the weight isn’t really the problem.
You can do that yourself.
Eat less. Move more. Do it for long enough and the weight comes off.
The bit you’ve struggled with is keeping it off.
Because what happens when the diet ends?
Thats something I see time and time again the reason why you live in an all or nothing cycle.
When Holly lost the weight, we changed the goal.
We stopped chasing lower numbers on the scales and started bringing her calories back up.
The focus became getting stronger, building her glutes and actually enjoying the physique she’d worked hard for.
Eventually she was eating 2,300 calories a day.
More food.
Better training.
More enjoyment.
And a way of living she could actually sustain.
All while being in the best shape of her life.
I don’t want my clients spending any longer than they need to in a dieting phase, so they can enjoy more life whilst looking and feeling their best.
I want them to know how to get the result AND keep it.
I don’t coach you to diet.
I coach you to live.
DM me “COACH” if you want the structure and accountability to do the same.
