Pole fitness is a combination of art, sport and perseverance, the hard work put in to get to this level requires strength and control. it doesn't happen overnight and the journey is tough but the reward of seeing your physical and mental strength grow and your body shape change is well worth the journey. EVERYONE starts from the absolute basics and builds from the ground - like a pyramid. I have a couple of daytime and evening spaces available.
