First up, the online booking system is now open to book in with and he will be available on Saturdays. Please note that all Saturday appointments will be with Jack, not Steven.

Secondly, due to high demand and a long wait list, Steven has opened up extra slots in the evenings Monday-Friday for the next couple of weeks. He is trying to play catch up after being off with his sore back so be quick to grab these whilst they're available. These are open to anyone so you can cancel and reschedule if you have been waiting and want in sooner.

Again, we are delighted to have Jack on board and his Saturday's will full up fast so please book ASAP to avoid disappointment.

Delighted to introduce the newest member of Newlands Sports Therapy 🤝

has recently completed his Level 3 diploma in Sports Massage Therapy, and will be available to book appointments with through our app as of Monday 💥

A lot of you may already know Jack as one of the best body building coaches in the Highlands! Having already spent several years training, coaching and successfully competing, he is no stranger to the health and fitness scene.

Having recently gone through some intense rehab and recovery himself following an injury last year, along with all his knowledge and expertise in the Sports industry, and now completing his Diploma, Jack is the perfect fit for the team and we are very much looking forward to having him on board!

Afternoon folks! First day back today after annual leave, a well needed break so thank you for your patience with message replies.

Delighted to also now have our new online booking system up and running! This is very straight forward to use, simply enter your name and phone number, and you can either prepay, or choose pay at appointment.

Card details are required either way to make the booking, this is to remove the need for new clients to pay upfront, and to keep us covered as a business for no-shows and late cancellations. As always a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or amend, but the policy is clearly written up on the booking system.

You can book and cancel/amend appointments at your own free will now, far easier and more efficient for everyone!

We will keep messenger open for general enquiries, but all bookings will be through the online system.

Also, please remember the new premises is now Anytime Fitness

First month in the new place complete ✅

A big thank you to everyone who shuffled appointments for us in the middle there when Debs was in hospital and Steven was unwell, the timing of some things is just unavoidable but your patience is much appreciated!

The move to has turned out to be a huge success and the best decision we could've made, thank you to everyone who has made it such an easy transition!

Currently fully booked until the 21st February, and due to to the growth and volume of messages we will soon introduce our new online booking system, more on that to come 😀

2025, we are ready for business as of tomorrow 🙌

Thank you to for the space and for being so welcoming! A fantastic facility and team of people, looking forward to seeing you all there!

🎉 NEW LOCATION 🎉

It’s time for a serious upgrade, and we are delighted to announce that Newlands Sports Therapy will be operating from a new and improved location, inside as of the 6th January 🙌

It’s been a long time coming, and it’s time for a fresh start and some much improved space! For those who may not know, is based down the Longman at 26 Harbour Road, a very accessible area of town, with plenty of parking!

Although we don’t do reminder messages, we will be messaging everyone before their appointments after the new year to remind you all of the new location. The address will be changed on our social media as well for anyone looking for us!

Just 2 working days left of the year at our current place, we hope you all have a fantastic Christmas and new year when it comes, and look forward to seeing you all in January from the new treatment room!
