What an amazing day we had on March 1st at our Inverness Tennis & Squash Club!

We were thrilled to host Scotland’s own professional squash player, , who inspired us with her passion for the game and her role as Club Development Officer for Women and Girls. 💪

⭐️ Well done to some of our Red Kites who completed the H // T Squash Award program over the weekend ⭐️

This (High Intensity Interval Training) program enables them to introduce females to squash by providing an opportunity to learn the basics of squash in a fun, friendly and safe environment.

They also learned some fun new drills and warm ups for our weekly Red Kites sessions on Tuesday nights so if you are thinking about giving the sessions a go, come on down!
