Four weeks of showing up…
sometimes energised, sometimes tired but still showing up 🤍

We built strength got that burn ❤️‍🔥 and slowed things down when we needed to.

Somewhere along the way things have shifted for good. Maybe in how you move. How you stand taller or just in taking that time for yourself each week.

I'm so proud of you girls, it's been a really special few weeks for our Spring Awaken and Align 4 week hybrid programme and I've loved teaching every minute (even with a few technical hiccups 💻

WE BEGIN TONIGHT!
There’s something about this time of year…
lighter mornings, a sense of fresh energy, the feeling of wanting to move forward again.

And that’s exactly what this next 4 weeks is about.

Over the next four weeks we’ll focus on:
• building strength through intentional movement
• reconnecting with your body
• creating space to feel more grounded, calm and aligned

This is your invitation to move with more awareness…
and to come back to yourself in the process.

A stunning day with the girls. Arranged by 🌸✨🤍
This was so fun & the perfect way to get-together, ending International Women’s Month in the best way!

We took some time as a team to step out of our usual roles in the gym for a wee pilates class, cold dip&sauna followed by an M&S picnic 🧺 umm yum.

When women work together in support of each other’s strengths something really powerful happens. In this space everyone brings something different and we lean into that.

Grateful to be surrounded by a team of girls who always lift each other up.
