With every second post nowadays being AI, thought it was the right time to bring this up again.

The amount of coaches I see putting out AI generated posts is wild, and they have no idea how much they’re hurting their business by doing this.

Picture this, a potential client is looking for a coach.

They look at a few different coaches profiles.

Come on to yours, see it’s AI crap (it’s obvious btw)

Then think “well if they use AI for their content, what else are they using AI for”

Said potential client is put off applying for coaching.

Don’t get me wrong AI can and should be used for certain parts of your business, the repetitive admin tasks for example.

Not the front facing marketing content that is suppose to engage with your audience, and build trust (it does the opposite)

Most definitely not for programming.

If you do, don’t be surprised when AI takes your “job”

Been chasing down some big numbers in this recent block, with this being another as we look to build to a penultimate ‘test week’.

Big focus for Cam this phase has been building his strength, with his accessory work complimenting this (boring, but extremely effective)

Whilst also, building our technical ability with our gymnastics, and having it build into more fatiguing scenarios, to test how we’d cope with the demands of the sport.

Plus, the conditioning elements split over a few days, touching on multiple energy systems, and CF specific pieces likely to show up in qualifiers, comps, etc.

We now go into a few weeks of qualifier, hoping to qualify for the Marbella Championships later in the year.

Having already re-tested one of last years qualifiers and smashing it by 45 reps I am BUZZING to see how he gets on!

Well in boy, we keep climbing 🥷🏽
