✨ Aerial Classes, Private Lessons & More! ✨

Hi everyone! It’s been a while since I last posted here (hello to anyone new!), so I wanted to share an update about my aerial offerings.

My main focus is on private lessons, which are ideal for adults and children who want to:
• Work on a specific piece of kit (hammock, silks, or hoop).
• Build confidence and develop technique.
• Create routines or prepare for performances.

🤸Weekly Adult Class🤸
I still run one group class a week for adults:
• Mondays, 7–8 p.m.
• Mixed level, beginner-friendly, with adaptations for everyone.
• We rotate through hammock, silks, and hoop for a fun and varied experience!

🔥Advanced Performance & Competition Team (Children Only)🔥
For children interested in performing or competing, there’s the opportunity to join my Advanced Team. Entry is by invitation only, starting with private lessons where I assess and develop skills. When ready, children may be invited to audition for the team.

📣 Important Announcement 📣

Dear Aerial Dance Community,

❣️It is with a heavy heart that I share some important news regarding our class schedule. Due to recent changes and a deep reflection on my family’s needs, I have decided to take a break from offering Wednesday and Sunday classes.

❣️This was not an easy decision, but after careful consideration, it’s clear that this is the best choice for both my family and me at this time. With my little boy being just a year and a half old, I want to make the most of these precious early years with him.

❣️During this period, I will continue to offer private lessons, ad-hoc workshops, performance team, and an adults class on Mondays. For private lessons, please reach out to me via email as my schedule is flexible and not all options are available online for booking. Birthday parties are also still available. I will update our page should any new classes be added in the future.

❣️Thank you so much for your understanding and support during this transition. Your encouragement and loyalty mean more to me than words can express. I deeply appreciate your patience and look forward to continuing to share my passion for aerial dance with you in this new format.

🎉🌟 What an incredible evening at the Contrived Cabaret Kids Show tonight! We are overjoyed to celebrate the stellar performances of our talented students, Grace and Jenna-Rose.

Grace captivated the audience with her graceful and mesmerising hammock routine, while Jenna-Rose wowed everyone with her stunning aerial silks performance.

The night was filled with superb performances by kids from local dance schools, aerial schools, and singers, showcasing the immense talent we have here in Fife. It was truly inspiring to see so many young artists shine on stage.

The young performers made this evening unforgettable. Congratulations to Grace and Jenna-Rose, and a huge thank you to Contrived Cabaret for putting together this amazing event.

Here's to more nights of amazing talent and inspiring performances! Get yourselves along to see a show - you won’t regret it 🎶✨

What an incredible weekend at our aerial student summer show! 🌟 We had amazing performances from our performance team, advanced team, and students from our weekly Wednesday and Sunday classes, as well as our adult students.

It was the first time performing for many of them, and they all did an outstanding job stepping out of their comfort zones, into the spotlight, and showcasing their aerial skills. Watching everyone take the stage was truly inspiring.

My heart is bursting with pride, joy, and gratitude for all of our amazing students and the lovely people who came to support them. The audience was so impressed by everyone, and I was moved to tears by their performances.🥹❤️

It's a bit bittersweet, though, as we also said farewell to the wonderful Miss Aoife. She’s off to London for the Summer and then starting her studies. While we’ll miss her dearly, we wish her all the best in this new chapter and we are sure she’ll be back to visit us! I’ll be stepping in to teach all of the classes moving forward after our Summer break.

Thank you all for making this show such a memorable event. Here’s to many more fantastic performances in the future! 💫❤️

Tonight, we were mesmerised by the breathtaking performances of our talented aerial dancers at our showcase! Each performer brought grace, strength, and artistry to the stage, leaving the audience in awe. We are so proud of the dedication and passion you all demonstrated. Bravo to everyone who performed tonight! 🎉

Exciting News: Summer Show & Class Schedule Update

We have some exciting news to share! Our summer show is coming up on June 22nd and 23rd, and we still have tickets available on our website. Come along and support our amazing students as they showcase their incredible talents!

Please note a couple of important updates to our class schedule:

🌟 The last Sunday class before summer break will be tomorrow, June 16th.
🌟 The last Wednesday class will be on June 26th.
🌟 Performance Team class will continue to run throughout Summer.
🌟 Private Lessons will be available throughout Summer.

Unfortunately, the Sunday class scheduled for June 23rd will not be running as we'll be busy preparing for the show that afternoon. I apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and assure you that you will receive a full refund for this class.

Thank you for your understanding and support. We hope you all have a fantastic summer and look forward to seeing you when classes resume after the break.

👭🏼Nothing Like Your Aerial Besties!🌟

We have some exciting news to share! Our performance team kids are looking for new members to join our amazing crew. If you’re passionate about aerial arts and want to take your skills to the next level, this is your chance!

📣 Auditions Announcement 📣
Join our performance team class for dedicated students who want to perform at events, compete in aerial, and shine in our annual studio shows. You'll have opportunities to do solos, duos, trios, and participate in demonstrations to promote our fabulous aerial school!

Auditions Details:
📅 Date: Monday, 3rd June
🕓 Time: 4-5pm
👧 Ages: 7+ to audition

Please note, you must be available Mondays from 5-7pm for regular training, as well as for monthly private lessons.

This class requires hard work and commitment, but it's incredibly fun and rewarding. We have only a few spaces available, so if you don’t get in this time, please don’t be disheartened—there will be more opportunities in the future.
