As most of my fellow students know this was my first booking as a referee after training with FPWA in our student showcase in Truth nightclub Leven.
I have more training and goals planned in for next years so this is just the beginning.
I now have the bug and I am available for bookings in 2023

Training this morning
30 mins walk
15 half push ups
8 full ones( can’t do them 🤣)
30 squats
30 star jumps
Have a pilate circle thing lol
Do 20 squats with that
Swing left to right with it 30 times
Planks with it 30 second
Leg sit ups 30 seconds
( I’ll do a video of what I mean next time lol)
Swing leg to right with it 30 times
