🥋 TEAM FORMS;
1. 3 x competitors per team
2. No mixing of black belt grades and coloured belt grades (blue belts to be with coloured belt grades)
3. No mixing of adults (18 & over) and children (under 18)
4. Form to be a curriculum form and at appropriate level for all team members
5. Forms to be synchronised
6. Cost; £15 (£5 per competitor)

Last weekend, Highland Soo Bahk Do had competitors attend this years Scottish Championships along with other Tang Soo Do clubs around the North of Scotland and Edinburgh. It was an amazing event organised and led by SBN’s Pete & Arizona.

The camaraderie, respect and spirit was incredible & the ever improving skills demonstrated throughout was amazing.

HSBD did themselves proud, this time bringing home an outstanding haul of medals and achievements.

10 Silver 🥈
10Bronze 🥉

Hannah MacLean, Cho Dan also became joint Black Belt GRAND CHAMPION again for the second time (Shared with Lily Fraser, ITSD).

Every one of you performed brilliantly and the Instructors of HSBD are super proud of every single one of you.

Congratulations to both candidates yesterday.

Congratulations to the two candidates that successfully passed their Black Belt pre-test yesterday.

David and Steven gave an incredible performance over 2 hours to earn the chance to test for 2nd Dan in 6 weeks time.
