As many of you will know, I had an accident recently (not car related).
Unfortunately the MRI scan has revealed more damage than was initially thought.
Sadly this means I will be out of action for a bit longer, not the news I hoped to share.
I am doing everything I can to get back on my feet with the help of Caroline at Perform Physiotherapy and paulinekidd.com and will hopefully return to coaching again very soon.
I wanted to take this opportunity to apologise for the radio silence while I've been dealing with this and to thank those who have messaged, called and visited while I have been off games, your support is greatly appreciated.
Also thank you to those who have stepped in to cover my teaching and support my clients during this time.
Looking forward to seeing everyone again very soon. In the meantime, enjoy the weather and your four legged friends

Wow, what a day 🥰
Thankfully this was the only devil to make an appearance at todays spookbusting training.
Well done to everyone who came.
Great to see familiar faces, some in disguise and new faces too.
Hope you all had as much fun as I did with the Halloween theme.
