Aikido Ten Shin Kan

Aikido Ten Shin Kan Aikido and Iaido in rural Aberdeenshire. He is also graded Nidan (2nd Dan) in Toyama Ryu Iai Battodo through the All Japan Budo Federation (AJBF).

Ten Shin Kan (Aberdeenshire) is ran by Paul A Love (5th Dan ARF/BAB Coach Level 1) who has been studying Aikido since 1996. Sensei Love is also a member of the Eikoku Roshukai studying Muso Jikiden Eishin Ryu Iaido. Sessions are held weekly at Premnay Village Hall, Auchleven, Aberdeenshire on Wednesdays 6pm-7pm (Iai only) & Thursdays 7-9pm (Aikido). Additional Iai session on last Thursday of each

month. Adults and children mixed class (children must be 10+ years old). Beginners are most welcome! If you are interested in trying it out please get in touch by emailing [email protected] as sometimes the Facebook messenger account for the page doesn't always work, thanks 🙏

There has been a slight update to our training hours, the Tuesday class has now been moved to a Wednesday (6.30-7.30pm) for Iai practice.

The Thursday class remains the same (7-9pm).

New Year New Start! Aikido Ten Shin Kan will be starting up again this week and we are currently taking on new beginners for 2025. We practice Aikido and Iaido. If it is something that you fancied having a go at, feel free to come along and giving it a try in a welcoming atmosphere. We train Thursdays (7-9pm) at the Premnay Village Hall in Auchleven, or pm us for more info.
