“The definition of madness is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result…” 👀

…except when it comes to lifting 😄

Because in here, we do repeat things.
A lot.

Same core exercises.
Same movement patterns.
Week after week.

And that’s exactly why it works 💪

Getting stronger.
Moving better.
Lifting with more control.
Actually feeling the right muscles working.

It’s not about doing something new every session…
it’s about getting better at the basics.

Refining them.
Progressing them.
Owning them.

Do that consistently for a year or two and you won’t recognise your body 👀

So no — not madness.

Just good training 😉

On the train home after a day filming in London for Clubbercise 🚆

Still slightly mad to think the routines I create get picked up and used by instructors all over the world 🌍

It’s like leaving a little piece of me out there in the fitness space… which is still a bit surreal to me 🤯

(wild considering some of it starts off as me prancing about in my kitchen 😅)

Very grateful for the opportunities I’ve had through Clubbercise and the people I get to work alongside ❤️

Claire , Anna & all the choreographers — appreciate you 🤍

Funny how this works… 😄

30 seconds on.
15 seconds rest.

Most days… people are ready early.
Straight back in before the beep. Keen. Focused. Let’s go 💪

Except… push day 👀

Front raises.
Lat raises.
Tricep extensions.

Suddenly everyone is VERY respectful of that 15 seconds 😂

Not a second rushed. Not a second wasted.

And honestly… fair enough 😅

Big love to everyone showing up and getting it done — even when your shoulders are questioning your life choices 💀

All in it together 💪

Glutes on a Monday… obviously 🍑😄

There’s a reason we train like this.

No random workouts. No guessing. No “hope this does something” energy.

Mondays = glutes
Proper activation, proper connection, actually feeling it where you’re meant to.

Because just moving weights around isn’t the same as training 👀

Big shoutout to everyone who showed up live this morning 👏
Post-Easter, routines all over the place… and still got it done.

That’s what counts.

And if you’re watching thinking you’ve missed the boat — you haven’t.
Jump in, catch up, get involved 💪

If you’ve been going to the gym for years…
but still feel like you’re just going through the motions 👀

Lifting weights… but not really progressing
Working hard… but not really seeing shape change
Doing workouts… but still thinking “am I even doing this right?” 🤷‍♀️

This is exactly why I created my 12 Week Challenge.

Because most people don’t actually need more workouts…
They need to understand what they’re doing.

Inside this challenge, you’re not just following along — you’re learning:
✔️ How to lift properly (so you actually feel the right muscles working)
✔️ How to progress your weights instead of staying stuck
✔️ How to train with intent, not just tick a box
✔️ When to push… and when your body needs something different

No guesswork. No random workouts. No wasting time.

Just simple, structured training that actually makes sense 💪

And yes — it’s still fun, still flexible, and still fits around real life.

If you’ve ever thought…
“There has to be a better way than this”

This is it.

Next 12 Week Challenge starts Monday 20th April 👀

We call it a 12 week challenge…
but really, it’s a stepping stone into changing your lifestyle.

This isn’t about a quick fix.
It’s about learning habits that actually last.

I’ve got people who’ve been with me for years now —
maintaining fat loss, building strength, feeling fitter, more confident… and still showing up.

Because once it clicks, it sticks.

And it doesn’t have to be all or nothing.

Some people follow everything.
Some focus on training.
Some dip in and out depending on what life looks like.

It all counts.

If you’ve had a break and you’re feeling a bit unsure about coming back — don’t overthink it.
You can always pick it back up.

£120 for 12 weeks.
That’s £10 a week… just over £1.40 a day.

Less than a coffee ☕️
But something that actually moves you forward.

I’m off for some family time this weekend 💛
But from Monday, it’s go time.

If you’re already in — thank you. I appreciate you and I can’t wait to get started.

If you’re thinking about it… now’s the time 👀

And if you’re part of this already — share it, tell your friends, your work mates…
you know the drill 😄

I started this because I needed something that actually fit around my life — not take it over.

Work, kids, early mornings, busy days… I knew I couldn’t stick to anything that expected me to be all in, all the time.

So this was built to work with your routine, not against it.

Over time, it’s grown into something that people can actually stick to — busy mums, shift workers, grandparents, beginners, people getting back into it… all sorts.

These reviews aren’t from one intake or one moment. They’re from people over the last couple of years, all starting in completely different places.

Different lives. Different schedules. Same decision to start.

If you’ve been watching and wondering if it could work for you, have a read 👇

If you’d like to see more, there are plenty over on my Google page.
Next challenge starts 20th April 💪

Caught a little moment in this morning’s session 👀

One of the girls just quickly checking herself out mid-set — whether that was form, muscles, or just appreciating the effort, I don’t know 😄

But I love it.

Because that’s where things start to shift. When you’re not just going through the motions, you’re actually paying attention. Checking in. Taking ownership of how you move and how you feel.

Confidence doesn’t just appear — it builds in moments like that. Noticing progress, feeling stronger, and seeing it for yourself.

And honestly… if you’re putting the work in, you should be checking yourself out a bit 👏

I don’t fully buy into “never miss a Monday”…

because real life doesn’t always allow that.

But I do believe in setting the tone for your week.

Whether that’s Monday, Sunday, or whenever your week realistically starts — having a non-negotiable moment where you move your body makes a difference.

It doesn’t need to be perfect.
It just needs to happen.

…that being said — I personally don’t miss a Monday 😅

Not because I have to… but because I know how much easier the rest of my week feels when I start strong.

(Also because if I skip it, I’ll spend the rest of the week annoyed at myself 🙃)

Set the tone → the rest follows.

This is exactly how I coach inside my programme — helping you build something that actually fits your life, but still keeps you consistent.
