Massive congratulations to on an amazing result at the Bewl Swimrun 👏

4th male overall and 2nd in his age category in a time of 2:53 🤩

A brilliant achievement and so well deserved. It’s been great to be a small part of the journey supporting his training with Pilates.

Good luck at Swimrun Gower in two weeks 💪

What a brilliant weekend 🤍

Baddow 10 Miles today — definitely not a PB course with all those hills 😅 but I was really happy to come away with a time of 1:11:39 and even happier to finish as 2nd lady out of 112 🙌✨

But I think my favourite part of the day was watching little Reubes decide to enter the 2 mile fun run last minute when we arrived… and then go on to finish 7th against so many children and adults 🤩💪 So incredibly proud of him!!

And not forgetting my baby girl coming 1st in her tap competition yesterday, improving her marks by 6% from her last competition 🤩✨ So proud of how hard she works and how much confidence she’s growing every time she performs.

Days like this are such a good reminder that it’s not always just about PBs or results. Sometimes it’s about learning, growing in confidence, pushing yourself and enjoying the journey along the way 🤍

Lots learnt this weekend and already looking forward to the next challenge 🏃🏻‍♀️✨

A few photos from the Inter Counties Fell Race in Sedbergh held on the 3rd May 26🏔️

14.5km with over 1000m of elevation… and honestly one of the hardest things I’ve ever done 😅 brutal climbs, technical descents, thick fog, legs screaming the whole way round and moments where I genuinely questioned my life choices 😂 But at the same time, these are the races that make you feel most alive.

I’m so incredibly proud to have represented the Essex Fell Team in such an amazing race 🤍 Competing alongside such strong athletes in a completely different environment to what I’m used to was both humbling and inspiring.

These races always remind me just how important Pilates has become in my running training over the years. The strength, stability, balance and control it gives me plays such a huge role when I’m out on uneven terrain for hours at a time — especially on the descents where your body is constantly working to stabilise and react quickly.

I honestly believe Pilates has helped me become a stronger, more resilient runner and has been a huge part of helping me stay consistent and relatively injury free whilst training for events like this.

People often think Pilates is just stretching or rehab, but for me it’s become one of the foundations of my strength training — not just for running faster, but for moving better and feeling stronger overall.

And yes… the final photo pretty much sums up how we all felt afterwards 😂🙌

Feeling very grateful for opportunities like this and already looking forward to the next challenge 🏃🏻‍♀️🏔️

I’m so incredibly proud to say that I’ve been selected to run for England in the V40 category at the English Masters Trail race in the Forest of Dean this September, competing against Wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

I honestly can’t quite believe I’m going to be wearing an England vest 🥹

What a way to start my 40th year!!!

There’s something really powerful about taking an hour for yourself 🤍

My Sculpt Pilates classes are designed to help you feel stronger, more toned and more in control of your body — with a real focus on the areas we often want to work most… glutes, core, shoulders.

It’s not about being the fittest or the most flexible.
It’s about moving well, building strength and feeling good in your own body.

Small classes, plenty of guidance, and everything can be adapted to suit you.

I teach Sculpt Pilates every Friday morning .stock 9:30–10:30am — such a lovely way to start the day ✨

If you’ve been thinking about coming along… this is your sign 🤍

A new little addition to the equipment line-up 🤍

These 1kg Pilates balls will be making an appearance in classes soon — especially in Sculpt Pilates.

They’re brilliant for adding extra challenge to the glutes, shoulders and core, while still keeping the precision and control Pilates is known for.

Small but mighty… you’ve been warned 😉

Still reflecting on this one… 🤍

At the London Winter 10K I managed to run a 3 minute PB, finishing in 41:52, and placed 10th in my age category (35–39) out of 1129 runners, which I’m really proud of.

As both a runner and a Pilates instructor, I’m always fascinated by how much the small things matter when it comes to performance — strength, stability, control and how well your body handles load.

Pilates has become such an important part of my own training. The core strength, balance and body awareness it builds has helped me stay consistent with my running and continue improving.

It’s also exactly why I’m so passionate about teaching Performance Pilates — helping runners and other athletes build strength, move better and keep doing the sport they love.

If you’re a runner and you’ve never tried Pilates before, it might be the piece you didn’t realise you were missing.
