Setting goals is essential for growth and improvement when studying for the TOEIC exam. So how do we set our own goals? I've listed a just few different goals you should be thinking about when studying.
1. Increasing your range of vocabulary.
2. Understanding the test.
3. Mastering the conditional structures.
4. Part 2 Listening - Question word memorisation.
5. Reading for the gist....
49. Becoming familiar with business phrasal verbs... the list continues...

It's your turn - Make a list of all the areas you need to study and master. For each of the points, make a plan of how you can reach these goals. Write them down in your diary. Take action!

Go on be honest, finding it difficult to keep motivated studying for the TOEIC?... Why are you doing the TOEIC test? To graduate from school? To get a better job? What is motivating you to learn? What score do you need?

When motivation is failing what should you do? Right, jump ahead to the future and see yourself getting the TOEIC score you need. STOP the “I need to improve my TOEIC score”, I have heard this too many times and it does not get you to where you want to be. Before starting to improve your TOEIC score, you need to assess where you need to improve, is it the reading part 5 or the listening part 3? How do you identify where you need to improve? Do a practice TOEIC test and carry out a full analysis of your answers. Once you know what to improve set achievable goals and make a revision plan!

You can do it!
