Silently watching this page, thinking “one day”? I always tell people…come to Zumba and you will feel amazing!! 🤩 It’s true! 😇

But this is what some people have said to me:

😳 I’m too unfit
😳 I have no co-ordination
😳 I won’t be any good at it
😳 I have no one to come with
😳 I’ll need the defibrillator 🤪

🚨 BUT… wait… what if you put all that to one side and just gave it a go instead of dismissing it without trying.

YOU have the power to take that step and make it happen. And YOU go at a pace that’s good for YOU! So no need to worry about a thing! 😊

We all took that first step into the unknown world of Zumba. I get it… turning up is the hardest thing. I honestly TOTALLY get it! 😊 But, once you are through our hall door…you will smile the whole time through! 😃 And if you don’t smile I will give you your money back! 😊

You’ve got nothing to lose and everything to gain because Zumba really is a powerful force of happiness and it can work wonders for both your brain and your b***y! 🍑 🤣

Some might think Zumba is just a bunch of people dancing about like crazy… 🤪 perhaps… but it’s so much more than that! 😊

Yeah it’s about getting fitter and burning calories but, for me as an instructor, it’s also about helping you feel good, helping you de-stress, helping you get some me time, building your confidence and for you to enjoy being part of a group of lovely people . 🤗

It’s also about changing lives because believe it or not, Zumba changes lives! I’ve heard people say it and I’ve seen it with my own eyes too! And it happened to me!! 🤩

I’ve seen people walk through the door for the first time coming to class, feeling a bit nervous, then I’ve seen them grow week after week until they GLOW week after week - and then they tell me they feel the change, not just in their fitness level, but in their mind and in their soul! 😍💪 THAT is the magic of Zumba!

Zumba “empowers”, but you know, YOU GOT THE POWER… sometimes you just need to find it. 🔎. You might see it as a transformation but instead it might just be that it was there all along and you needed a little bit of help to find it. 😃

So, give Zumba a try because it might just be the thing that lifts you up, that frees you, that reignites you, that makes a difference! 👍☀️

Well… having spent a wild but wonderful time today doing Zumba with the amazing and energetic kids at Dargavel Primary (who are ALL an absolute credit to the school and their parents 😇) along with George, I wasn’t sure if I’d have enough energy for tonight’s class… 😴 BUT… YOU all ENERGISED me 💪😃 and wow, what a fantastic time we had! 🤩🎉🪩

My dancing queens, you blow me away with your smiles and good vibes and energy and all your shimmers! 🌟 Love you all so much! 🥰
