, I would like to thank all students for their continuous support dedication and effort 
 our club is the people in it. Everybody has their part to play from our chief instructor Ross and his supporting staff.
To our newest student who has just walked through the door
 we have been very fortunate over the last couple of years to have had an excellent studio to train in thanks to Ben harms
His love of Kenpo the standard he set  we started training the same day and he certainly bought out the best of me physically mentally and spiritually 
Our loss is heaven gain ❤️
I am very fortunate that the people I train with and that train me in the various arts I do ❤️
Even now at the stage in my life with physical limitations that age brings and injuries 
I am very grateful 🙏
The club will no longer be at this venue at the end of July
There will be a months grace
And we will start again in a new venue at the beginning of September
This has come about very quickly
 all efforts on my behalf to stay
Was not reciprocated 
 life has taught me to embrace change for it will happen weather you embrace it or not 
But also how you look at it
It Makes a difference to if you see it as an end or an opportunity
I see this is an opportunity ❤️
