Outstanding performances from Ilkley's Ed Hobbs and Ellen Crombie in England colours at the Trofeo Nasego World Cup in northern Italy! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿
Both produced brilliant results across two demanding mountain races, with Ed finishing as the leading U23 athlete in Saturday’s Vertical race.

A fantastic evening at the 24th Ilkley Incline on Wednesday!
117 runners tackled the infamous one-mile, 560ft climb.
Toby Antcliff of Leeds City AC took the men’s title, while Olivia Mulligan of Thirsk & Sowerby Harriers was the women’s winner.
With 32 Harriers racing, Ilkley claimed both team prizes and a host of age-category awards.

🏃 Ilkley Incline – Wednesday 2nd September

The Ilkley Incline is back for its 24th year! A simple challenge: one mile, uphill only, with 560ft of climbing. It will be fine... How hard can a mile be? 😅

The race starts at 7pm at the bottom of Keighley Gate Road, with great views across the Wharfe Valley waiting at the top.

🏃 Junior Sprint Fell Relays from 6pm
👏 Spectators very welcome
🏆 Prize giving straight after the race

What a fantastic morning yesterday at our East Holmes Field parkrun takeover as part of Ilkley Harriers' 40th Anniversary celebrations.
A huge thank you to everyone who baked, donated, volunteered, took part and embraced the 80s fancy dress theme. Together we helped raise funds for Moor Time, a brilliant local charity supporting young people with complex needs and disabilities.
We're extremely grateful to East Holmes Field parkrun, Moor Time and everyone who helped make it such a successful and enjoyable morning! 😊

A final reminder for our 40th anniversary parkrun takeover (I want to say 'cake-over' but I won't) raising money for Moor Time tomorrow morning!

There will be an 80's fancy dress theme, but this is by no means compulsory!

Moor Time is a fantastic local charity based in the town that provides outdoor experiences and activities for children and young people with additional needs. Their work helps people build confidence, improve wellbeing, learn new skills and connect with nature in an inclusive and supportive environment.

All money raised will go towards Moor Time's appeal to upgrade their disabled toilet facilities.

If you've never been before, parkrun is a free, weekly 5km community event. People run, jog, walk, volunteer, or spectate and take part at their own pace. Everyone is welcome, regardless of age, ability or experience. You just need to register on their website beforehand.

The run starts at 9am at East Holmes Field, Ilkley. Feel free to come along, enjoy the atmosphere and treat yourself to some homemade cake. We'll have a QR code available for donations as well as cash donations.
