Last month’s Times Sunday supplement had a feature mentioning The GYROTONIC method - I prefer to think that the two modalities can compliment each other rather than one having to choose Pilates over the GYROTONIC method or vice versa. If you like Pilates I think you’ll like the GYROTONIC Method so come and have a have a go and see how it’s different! There aren’t many studios so if you’re in or around Ilkley make the most of me being here😊

We like a lot of folk we’ve been busy homeschooling but the DIY mastermind that is Mr C has used his plaster-boarding genius skills to crack on and has almost finished the studio where the GYROTONIC (R) Method magic happens! It may be the first totally finished room on the marathon project that is our house! To top it off I’ve been lucky enough to be vaccinated yesterday (due to medical history) so on top of my COVID secure protocols and procedures feel even more confident in keeping all you lovely people safe as and when I can reopen the door. If anyone else is like me they’ll be crying out to move (not walking, not running) in a harmonious, fluid, stretching, strengthening way!
