Yup, it’s hot outside—but here’s why we still practice hot yoga even during a heatwave:
• You build heat tolerance — your body gets better at regulating temperature, sweating efficiently, and staying calm under stress, which can actually help you cope better in hot weather outside the studio too.
• You boost circulation, lymphatic system and detox through sweat.
• The heat encourages you to slow down, breathe deeper, and stay present — turning the practice into moving meditation rather than just exercise.
• After a hot sticky day outside, stepping into the hot room can actually feel surprisingly refreshing — once your body starts sweating properly, it’s like releasing all that built-up heat and heaviness from the day.
• You leave feeling strong, healthy, accomplished, and lighter.
The heatwave outside ain’t got nothing on the heat of the hot room — join us at 6pm (both studios) for the real magic! 🔥🌡️💦
