MEET THE TEACHER ✦ HOT VINYASA

You probably already know this face 👋

Faustine — aka Steen — is our Studio Manager and one of our Flow + Yin teachers, known for strong alignment cues, thoughtful sequencing and just the right amount of humour.

She’ll be teaching Hot Vinyasa at 2.30pm in Leeds — a breath-led, dynamic practice designed to get you moving, sweating and out of your head for a while.

She’s been part of our hot yoga community since 2017 — first as a student, and now as one of the teachers bringing that same love of the practice into the room.

I’ll be kicking off our Ilkley Open Day with a 45-minute taster of the practice that started it all for me — Original Hot Yoga 🔥

If you’ve always wondered what our signature 26+2 class is actually like, this is your chance to try it in a shorter, one-set format.
