Another quality sparring session at Ilson Bare Knuckle Bastards today. 👊
As a coach, I don't often get the gloves on, but today I jumped in and did a few rounds with the lads myself. It's important to lead from the front and stay sharp alongside the team.
Massive respect to everyone who got in the ring and put the work in. Good rounds, good learning, and everyone improving week by week.
The atmosphere in the gym is something special right now. Proud of every one of them. 🥊
