🏊‍♂️ Brilliant Racing from Joshua at the East Midlands Regional Championships! 👏

A huge well done to Joshua Harrison, who competed at the East Midlands Regional Long Course Championships across April and May.

Joshua put together a brilliant set of swims across a busy programme, making four finals and achieving some great results! 💪

• 200m Backstroke - 5th in the final
• 100m Freestyle - 7th in the final
• 50m Freestyle - 9th
• 400m Freestyle - 5th
• 100m Backstroke - 5th in the final
• 200m Freestyle - 8th in the final
• 400m IM - 5th
• 50m Backstroke - 14th
• 800m Freestyle - 4th

A brilliant achievement across such a wide range of events - massive congratulations Joshua! 🏅👏

🏊‍♀️ Fantastic 4K Swim from Ali at Rutland Water! 👏

On 2nd August, Masters squad swimmer Ali took on the Rutland Water 4K Swim, completing the event in a brilliant 1:55:12!
