With 2023 just around the corner, new years resolutioners will be clogging up your mainstream gym's and making them impossibly busy.
This often acts as a deterrent to new gym goers who are intimidated by the large numbers of people or have the general feeling of not really knowing what to do even if they did go.
Well I can offer you a solution to both of these problems!
Here at The Unit, you will never have to suffer with an overcrowded environment. You'll never feel the anxiety of not knowing what to do. You'll never have to face the feeling of people watching you or judging you for doing something wrong!
We have built a Family.
You will be surrounded by supportive people in the same boat as you, all working together towards the same health and fitness goals and you will be guided along the way by experienced Coaches.
All classes and gym sessions have a maximum occupancy limit so you never even need to worry about overcrowding!
