Ilfracombe Yacht Club Over 50 years old and still going strong!

ILFRACOMBE is well known as a Victorian seaside town but the Yacht Club was only formed in 1962 by a small group of like-minded individuals, to promote the art of sailing and motor cruising in the Bristol Channel. IYC offers a full program of sailing and social events for members and non-members, locals or visitors to the area, and you are assured of a warm welcome whether arriving by land or by sea!

Sad that we had to postpone the Fleet Trip to Swansea Marina this weekend, but the weather is definitely against us! Hoping to rearrange for September.
But all welcome in the bar, whatever the weather! Open 15 - 22.00 today, 12 - 22.00 tomorrow, Saturday, and 12 - 20.00 on Sunday and Monday :-)

Next Quiz is on Tuesday at 20.30, in aid of the Ilfracombe Photography Festival in October. Space still available :-)

Over £1200 for the North Devon Hospice , taken at the Big Breakfast on Saturday! We're waiting for the final figure.

Quiz for Children's Holiday Foundation N Devon on Tuesday at 20.30, Music Evening with Garry ( of Boys ) on Wednesday evening from 19.30, and the Big Breakfast in aid of the North Devon Hospice on Saturday morning from 09.30.
