So today Kajabi launched a new feature called Backstage, and if you do any kind of one to one coaching or mentoring, this one’s for you.

The idea is simple. Instead of your client having to find resources across Zoom, Notion, email and whatever else you’re using, they get one private portal with everything in it. Sessions, recordings, notes, resources, all in one place, just for them.

We’ve been running our entire business on for nearly ten years. Courses, programs, community, all of it. I only recommend things I actually use, and this one I use every single day.

The next YouTube Launchpad cohort starts on Monday and I wanted to give you a clear picture of exactly what week one looks like.

Because I think one of the reasons people hesitate is that they’re not sure what they’re actually signing up for.
 
So here it is.
 
Day 1 — Identifying Your Problem and Buckets
We start by getting crystal clear on the core problem your channel exists to solve and turning it into a positioning statement that makes every future video decision easier.
You will also identify something we call ‘content buckets’ that all connect back to that core problem.
This is the foundation which everything else is built on.
 
Day 2 — Finding Your Channel Keywords
Using recommended tools, we find the broad keywords that connect your content to your audience.
You will leave day 2 with a keyword list you can use to inform every video you make going forward.
 
Day 3 — Building Your Channel
The practical stuff. Profile picture, name, handle, banner, channel description and your lead magnet link all set up properly.
By the end of day 3 your channel looks professional and is ready to grow.
 
Day 4 — Writing Your Titles
Using the given title frameworks, your content buckets and keywords, you’ll write 10 real video titles.
Then we will choose four of these titles to be your first videos.
 
Day 5 — Creating Your Thumbnails
Using our templates, you will create two to three thumbnail options for each of your four videos so you are ready to start production.
 
Each day you will be given training to watch and then you can join Owen Salisbury on the daily call at 4pm UK time.
Every call is recorded so if life gets in the way you can catch up at your own pace.

Then after week one, we move into five weekly calls every Tuesday to cover the topics that take longer like scripting and editing, while going deeper, answering questions and keeping you on track for the full six weeks.
