Personalised maps take you through the Chiltern Hills to pubs and cafes with the option of staying over on the farm in our accommodation or campsite, with full facilities. We are a farm set in the peaceful village of Ibstone high in the beautiful Chiltern hills yet only 2 miles from the M40. We have miles of beautiful riding here along bridleways and quiet roads and tracks and can offer you 50 yea

rs of our knowledge of the local area to put together rides that will suit you. These range from 1 hour to full day rides with stop offs for lunch at horse friendly pubs if required. We are a knowledgeable horse owning family and understand that riders require different things from their riding and this is where our expertise will help us put together a personalised ride for you and your friends/family.

A Lovely morning out on our guided ride! 🐴🌳

Six riders joined us for a relaxing 2-hour hack through the beautiful Oxfordshire countryside, enjoying wonderful company, stunning views and plenty of smiles along the way. To round off the morning perfectly, we all sat down for tea and cake together. ☕🍰

Thank you to everyone who came along – We can’t wait for the next one and have 2 more scheduled group rides on July 19th and Aug 2nd.

A GREAT 5 STAR REVIEW FROM IMMY WHO WAS HERE LAST WEEKEND ON HOLIDAY!

My friend and I recently camped here with our horses. It's a beautiful place to stay and the hacking is brilliant, though the hills are substantial so are not to be underestimated!

For camping, we were right next to the horses in their good sized fields, our cars/trailers and a tap so it was really fab and easy. The owners are lovely and accommodating, made the whole thing feel very relaxed. The shower/toilet isn't glamorous but all worked perfectly and was all nice and clean (shower itself is surprisingly good, just what's needed after a long hack!). There's a fridge and kettle you can use with covered seating if the weather gets too much. Also wash off area for horses too.

Really couldn't ask for more for a hacking camp!

A great morning hack today as one of our young riders brought her new pony along to try out on a private hack with her friend and mum. It was wonderful to see them building confidence together while exploring our beautiful routes. Pony and rider were both stars, and we think a great partnership is beginning! 🐴💕🌿

A lovely review from Lorraine and Nicky who have just come back from a riding holiday at Cholsey Farm Riding. This video was taken by Lorraine on some fab sunglasses that double as a camera!

Plenty of space for riding holidays in July and August, stay in our self catering accommodation or camp in tent, lorry or caravan. For the horses there are paddocks and stables. 18 different routes to explore - from 1 to 5 hours riding time - all with full directions/maps and now on the OS App. Pubs to stop off en route, beautiful views, hills, lots of woodland to ride through on hot days, quaint villages and stunning scenery.

We are just south of Oxford, 2 miles from J5 of the M40. HP14 3XT.
