Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond our control, our Cricket Fun Day & Presidents Cup, originally planned for Sunday 30th August, has had to be postponed.

📅 NEW DATE: SATURDAY 19TH SEPTEMBER

🏆 PRESIDENTS CUP – 100 BALL FORMAT

The good news is that the event is not cancelled — it’s been moved! 🙌🏏

All the fun will still be going ahead, including:

Our end of the Junior season celebrations may have been cut short due to the rain, but we still had a great turn out for our annual photo.

A big thank you to all the coaches and volunteers that have given up so much of their time this season to ensure our Junior and Womens section continues to thrive and grow year on year.

🏏Weekend Fixtures & Team Sheets🏏

Another big weekend ahead as the season edges towards its conclusion.

The 1st XI are back at home as they take on Shepshed CC, with just three games remaining in their campaign. It's also a special day for the club, with four juniors set to make their 1st XI debuts 👏🔴⚪ A fantastic achievement and a testament to the strength of our junior section.

The 2nd XI travel to Sapcote CC for their final game of the season, looking to finish their campaign on a high 💪

🏏Player Achievement👏

A huge congratulations to Sagar Patel on reaching 500 club runs for the fifth time 🔥

This latest milestone takes Sagar's total to an incredible 3,240 runs for Ibstock Town CC, highlighting his consistency and contribution over many seasons.

A fantastic achievement and a reflection of the runs, match-winning performances and commitment he continues to provide for the club.

With Sagar reaching the 500-run mark, there are still three more players closing in on the milestone this season 👀

A huge congratulations to Will Morgan on reaching 30 wickets for the season for the second consecutive year 🔥

Will has once again been a key part of the bowling attack, delivering crucial breakthroughs and consistently performing for the team throughout the season.

Back-to-back seasons with 30 wickets is a fantastic achievement and a testament to the hard work and dedication he brings week in, week out.

🏏Weekend Results🏏

A perfect weekend for the club with both sides securing valuable victories 💪🔴⚪

The 1st XI posted 232, thanks to a magnificent 101 from Ansar Maqsood 👏. Lutterworth pushed the game right to the wire, finishing agonisingly short on 231, with a brilliant run out from Connor Fox and Will Morgan's 4 vital wickets proving decisive in a dramatic finish.

The 2nd XI also came away with the win, successfully chasing down Horizon CC's 218. Harvey Mee led the way with a superb 89, while Logan Preston's match-winning 55 guided the chase home. Earlier in the day, Dwain Mensah starred with the ball, claiming an outstanding 5-wicket haul 🔥
