CLOUD PILATES HAD THEIR FIRST CLASS🤍☁️

Yesterday I had the pleasure of covering a class at Elevate studios (One of our locations once qualified)!

The class was a core & lower body focus and I can confirm my clients felt the burn🔥

After asking clients for totally honest feedback on the class they expressed how they felt comfortable to both push themselves and take breaks when needed. They also shared that they felt the work on their core and glutes so the focus of the session was certainly achieved!
