Good day out over at yesterday for their in house fight show. The lads did themselves proud, worked very hard to prepare and fought well. Was great to see a good turnout of support from the team 🙏❤️

and are all fighting on the same show, on our doorstep in Southampton and for only £20 a ticket!! Seriously if you don't have plans this Saturday afternoon you need to get down there and cheer them on as these are all looking incredible 👊💥 fast, fit and dangerous 🥷
