I get asked this a lot!
WHY DO BOXING ?
Well it's simple really, check out the caption here, it gives you the answer but the real reason most people do boxing is well..
Well one very good reason is ....
It's a full all over body workout💪
works all the main body muscle groups in one go!
So this saves complicated upper & lower body movements, counting reps & time in the gym etc.
But wait for it ...
The biggest reason most people do boxing is ....

It's FUN...it's the most fun you can have working out!
