Morning all,

Today's our last chair yoga & exercise classes for May. After this we've got a two week pause & then starting back with a new routine on Friday 12th (Waterloo) & then Tuesday 16th June (Huyton & Waterloo).

Feeling very blessed. I've just had the most amazing girls' holiday celebrating my sister's 40th birthday. Ten of us, mostly family & a couple of friends who are as close as family, went to the spa, including the outside whirlpool bath, did yoga, cardio classes & axe throwing! We spent time in nature, ate amazingly, danced through the night & laughed a lot! Everyone had an awesome time, from my 19 year old niece, to our 90 years young Nan ☺️🫶

Such a wonderful balance of relaxation & adventure. The yoga of life 💖

Happy Monday everyone.

We've got our two Yoga & exercise classes this week. First one in Waterloo at 10.30 am, then in Huyton at 1 pm.

Please note, the Huyton class will be on for an hour from now on, so both classes are £5 pay on the door for 60 mins of mindful movement 😊❤️🙏🏼
