🥊 KICKBOXING BELT GRADING EXAM 🥊

We’re pleased to announce that our next Kickboxing Belt Grading Exam will take place on:

📅 Saturday 17th October
⏰ Starting at 10:00 AM
💷 Grading Fee: £35

This is an important day for our students to demonstrate their skills, progress and commitment. 💪
👕 Uniform Check
Please check your Kickboxing uniform before the exam to make sure it still fits properly and is in suitable condition for grading day.
If you have any questions about the grading, requirements or anything else, please don’t hesitate to contact me.

🥊 11 YEARS AGO… A MOMENT I’LL NEVER FORGET 🇨🇳🔥🇭🇺
Just received some incredible footage from a good friend in China, and it brought back some very special memories.
11 years ago, I had the massive opportunity to step into the ring with K-1 superstar Yi Long. 🐉🥊
He was in his prime at the time and, of course, fighting in a slightly heavier weight class than me. Not long after our fight, he went on to face Buakaw Banchamek and came away with the victory.
For me, sharing the ring with a fighter of that level was an incredible honour. These are the moments you carry with you for the rest of your life — the challenges, the atmosphere, the adrenaline, and most importantly, the memories. ❤️
Looking back 11 years later, I'm still grateful for the opportunity and for everyone who was part of that journey.
