The first week of 2014 and all fitness shed classes have resumed, that does include the ladies group!!!
The men's group have already begun their 2 month detox and exercise regime.
The neuro fitters have begun training for their sport relief mile.
The Cancerfit group today is full.
Even my fat husband is eating less cake!
So lady shedders there is a lot of talk and very little action, except you debs!
Time to decide can you do it on your own or do you miss Anna and I just a little.
The classes are timed to your request, the price is exceptionally reasonable and you are working with some very cool physiotherapists!
I have no more to offer so please decide wether you can go it alone or commit to the programme, no half measures on offer!

Great session on Monday in Hurst, tough to keep going at this time of year when it is dark and cold. But the Monday night group tackled the rig in style. There were pikes on the TRX, side jumps in the Pyo box, sprints on the body band, kneeling tidal waves with the rope, pull-ups and triceps dips. It was a selection box of exercises with bursts of cardiovascular. Looking forward to Friday session in Hove. And Monday in Hurst the last session before Christmas, whoop!

Shedders you are getting right back into the workout zone and looking better for it!
Remember the best results come from mixing cardio with strength work. Friday session will have a large emphasis on strength with small pockets of cardiovascular. By having leaner muscles through proper loaded exercise increases your daily metabolic rate, you burn calories just for being lean, my kind of exercise!
