🎉 BOOTCAMP IS BACK OUTSIDE! 🎉

Come and join me and the Ana Fitness team outside for a full body workout session!

⏰When: 6pm Thursday evenings - TONIGHT!

🌳Where: Stukeley Meadows (the field opposite the play park - next to the Homebase roundabout)

💪🏻What: 45 minute full body workout - no equipment needed! Sessions are £4.

🏃🏃🏼‍♀️Who: Anyone!! Alternatives will be given throughout the entire session to suit all abilities

💻How: click ‘book now’ at the top of this page and follow the instruction - you will be sent a confirmation email

Bring a water bottle and an exercise mat if you want to use one/have one. Wrap up warm - layers can be taken off.
