It's Race Week... and it's the BIG one!

The countdown is over – this weekend it's time for the 2026 Kimbolton Festival at HKRC!

We're incredibly excited for what promises to be an unforgettable weekend, with fantastic prize partners on board, some brilliant-looking grids, and three days of non-stop karting action.

Saturday night brings the legendary HKRC Trolley Race! One of the highlights of the weekend, it's always packed with laughs, friendly competition and some incredible fancy dress efforts. Whether you're taking part or cheering from the side-lines, it's not to be missed!

Once the trolley race is over, MHL Catering will be serving up their delicious hog roast – the perfect way to round off an amazing evening with friends and fellow racers.

Supporting Recovery & Performance at the 2026 Kimbolton Festival

We're delighted to welcome – Newmarket to the 2026 Kimbolton Festival as one of our event partners.

Many of you will know HKRC member , he has been using Oxydise Wellness Lab as part of his recovery following an injury he suffered during a practice day at another circuit. His experience has highlighted just how beneficial these treatments can be for getting back to full fitness.

Throughout the festival weekend, the Oxydise Wellness Lab team will be on site showcasing how their oxygen therapy and red light therapy can help support both recovery and performance.

Have you ever wondered what the step into single-seater car racing could look like?
We're delighted to that on Saturday of the 2026 Kimbolton Festival, we'll be joined by the team from the Geoff Page Engineering Pre-99 Superclassic Formula Ford 1600 Championship.

This fantastic championship has proven to be an excellent pathway for drivers looking to get into car racing, and we're excited to be working together to showcase the opportunities available.

We're especially proud that former HKRC member Harrison Morrow is enjoying success in the championship. Harrison and his family will be joining the BRSCC team throughout the day to chat with drivers, parents and anyone interested in taking the next step in their motorsport journey. They'll be happy to answer your questions, share their experiences, and explain why Formula Ford remains a great route into single-seater racing.

Better still, they'll have one of the championship cars on display, giving you the perfect opportunity to get up close and see what could be your next step after karting.

Make sure you stop by and say hello as you head to and from the grid on Saturday – whether you're planning your future in motorsport or you're simply interested in learning more, we'd love for you to meet the team.

No Kimbolton Festival is complete without one of the most anticipated and community focused events of the weekend... the HKRC Trolley Race!

Teams of 5 (4 runners and 1 very brave "driver" 😅) will battle it out in a chaotic, action-packed relay race around the circuit, once the racing action has finished on the Saturday. It's fast, it's funny, and it's guaranteed to have everyone cheering from the sidelines.
