One of the new rules this season is around towels in transition
Section 7,7.1,Z 🤓

"Under new 2026 British Triathlon rules, large towels are not permitted to mark transition spaces. Athletes may use a small, maximum 12” x 12” (30cm x 30cm) flannel-sized towel, which MUST be kept inside a shoe or rolled under the racking. Towels cannot be draped over bikes".
