Joint celebrations and a well needed break 😅
Lots of walking & plenty of exploring in 38 degrees heat.
Pizza, pasta, cappucino’s and lots of gelato on the way 😂

Arriving home at 3am and back to work at 8am but wouldn’t have it any other way.

Would highly recommend a long weekend trip to Bologna and a day trip to Florence. The Social Hub Bologna was the perfect base to explore in Bologna if you are stuck on where to stay.

It’s been a busy few months.

You might think…Elle, you are already a Boxercise Instructor?

You are right, but an Advanced Boxercise Instructor is someone that has completed their:
•Boxercise Instructor Course
•Advance Skills Course
•Speed Pads Course

And achieved 80% + in all 3 😃

To think that several years ago, I never thought being an Advanced Boxercise Instructor was ever in my reach.

Here I am today. We move, we learn and we grow 👊🏼

New training ground 💪🏼

Stepping into a new gym is daunting.

Honest truth, I went straight to the quietest area of the gym when I turned up 😅
Sometimes you’ve got to battle those own thoughts and get to the grind.
Tell myself, what advice would I give my clients?

Stepping into the gym can be the hardest part- especially when you see a busy gym. Breathe, have a plan and you will be ok.

Bizarre right? A PT feeling slightly nervous? But that is what makes me relatable. I know what it’s like to be in your shoes.

Don’t let your nerves stop you from achieving what you are capable of.

Do I know the macros of these meals? No

Sometimes you have to do the best you can with the time you have, and today was super busy.

Knowing how much fat/protein/carbs were in each meal would have helped, but prepping this was much better than picking up some food at a fuel station.

When you realise it’s 11.30pm at night and you haven’t done your 60 minute cycle.

You get your gym wear on and get it done.

Accountability. Commitment. Strength

Could I have easily skipped a day? Yes.
But I wouldn’t have achieved my PB.

Your body and mind can do incredible things if you don’t give up💯

The thumbs up is for not getting distracted during my cardio workout by wanting to reply to emails.

Trying to switch off from work is difficult when my mind is going 100mph with ideas and lists of things to do but we did it 😃

Heard the saying ‘Mind over matter’?
I do think that rings true in certain situations, with a strong mind you can achieve more than you think.
