What a great nationals it was last weekend for the rusty family. We all throw amazing, made some new PBs and also walked away with 16 medals

The rustys are making a move, yes we play hard but we also work hard. We will continue to practice and better ourself. We are all now even going to the dark side and doing no spin🔪🪓💃

Its an amazing experience making these memories alongside each other while making incredible friendships

Rustys on tour for the U.K.A.T world championship in Italy 2026
What can we say apart from we are proud of ourselves. The whole team made new PBs throughout the comp and was able to bring away 4 medals between us
AL took away 3rd place for speed throw
Sophie took away 2nd place for long distance axe
Wolf and AL took away 3rd place for doubles coutanque
The whole British team who attended did absolutely amazing throwing and brought other medals home.
Can't wait to do it all again next year 💃
