Back to work!!!

😱😱YOU READY FOR THIS ONE😱😱

So alot may know.. infact none of you knew... this man was in touch with me from the start of his journey! Reaching out to me for his weight loss! And then putting the bad ass muscle on!!!

Aky Khan here has pulled out a blinder!!! I have been dieting aky for a while as many didn't know but you all know now! Taking care of his nutrition and starting his journey! To packing on that muscle!!! Aki is 53!!!

We finally came together and I set the paln in motion! Pushing this man unbearably through some serious fu**in workouts! To the point of failure and some where he was throwing up outside my gym! This last period i made the decision to take him into the lean mass world! And what an incredible look it is!!! To now executing the 3rd phase of putting even more muscle mass on to then go to where we need to.... I cannot disclose that as of yet! But now also teaching him posing....

This man has never missed a meal! Always on time! Every single meal today the gram!!! And the look now! Well... the smile on his face says it all!

Nervous when he met me a while ago ha ha ha saying bro... "you look so fu**in mean" I looked at him and said "Brother wait till I train you!!"

Aky remains now with me at my gym and trains 5 days a week!!! At 53 years of age mashallah

A real brother who has earned my respect and not many do!!! You out in what you get out!! Respect brother 🙏 ❤️

It's mad crazy how things change now nearly at and over 50lbs of fat gone!

Charlene Johnson originally came with a lady I had signed up with me.. my little sister Majeeda Bibi who wanted my help said that another lady wanted it too...

So on meeting charlene.. I set out the diet plan! As she had used other trainers but the results were not there! So after a brief conversation I found out exactly what the issue amd problem was! I knew exactly what to do!!!

I set out her diet plan and she came 4 times a week with majeeda for a pure ass whooping! This was not easy for her as it was a step out of her comfort zone and other trainers she had used didn't train her like I do! 4.5 months later here is the incredible result! Dedication is everything! But having some push you to the point of failure! and then push you more somewhere you have not been mentally and never knew you was capable of going! And achieving both physically and mentally!!

That is the difference in someone who cares! Who is passionate about what they do! I love what i do!!!

This lady has achieved probably the second. Best weight loss in such a short time that I have coached! We are now moving onto phase 2!!!

Total loss 50lbs+ of fat! 3.6 stones! 23kg! In 4.5 months!

Well done lady! Well done!

So as you all know i deliberately put weight on and went up to nearly 20st of just absolute fat! With this came depression.. anxiety.. i was never really happy tbh and my self esteem was at badly low!!! F**k me man I felt s**t!!! Literally could not get out of bed! Anyway 12 weeks later here you go guys! This is me to date! I will not reveal untill I am done with my top off!

I have worked my ass off!! Nutrition on point! This was pure blood sweat and literally tears!!

I broke down so many times... but time alone is a healer! F**k me this was hard!!! But i ain't done yet!!! Wait for it!!!
