This is a truth most of us avoid.
Last week I trained at half ten at night.
Not because I wanted to.
Because the day was gone.
Work, the boys, dinner, bedtime, the lot.
By the time I got to it I was running on nothing.
I didn’t smash a PB. I didn’t feel like a machine. I just did the session that was in the plan and went to bed.
That’s it. That’s the whole secret.
If you won’t respect the process, you have to let go of the outcome.
Not as punishment.
As honesty.
Because wanting the result without committing to the work
is choosing frustration on repeat.
I’m in the best shape of my life right now.
Not because I train harder than I did at 21.
Because I stopped needing the session to be perfect to make it count.
Consistency did the heavy lifting. It always does.
Most people don’t need more information.
They need structure that holds under pressure.
If you’re done guessing DM me READY.
I’ll build the system for you so the result becomes inevitable.
