Then turn onto Long Moor Lane

Basically…
if you can survive the scenic route without questioning your life choices, your workout will feel easy afterwards 😅

Please allow a few extra minutes travelling in this week and maybe avoid leaving the house at the exact time your class starts 😂

We saw a 'cracking' turnout yesterday… 👀
Clearly getting ahead of today’s chocolate intake 🍫😂
