Add a little magic to your Monday! We love incorporating the magic circle into our workouts.

Did you know that Joseph Pilates originally invented this device using metal rings from beer kegs? He attached wooden blocks to the sides of the ring to create resistance and instability.

Back to school, back to fitness! Due to popular demand, we are now offering one of our most popular classes in the morning.

This class is perfect for anyone wanting to learn how to lift weights using dumbbells and kettlebells, as well as utilising the KO8 system for its resistance and suspension benefits.

Studio tour 🤗. If you’ve never been inside our studio and are curious about what we offer, why not take a look?

We are a spacious, air-conditioned studio, making it easy and comfortable to exercise with us. We are located in the grounds of Lockwood Park Rugby Club, and we have plenty of free parking available.
