The Womens team is a new addition to the existing Senior and Age Grade teams. HRUFC First XV play in National 2 North. We are also home to the Falcons, A-Team, Academy, and Age Grade teams. As well as rugby we also provide hockey, squash, crown green bowling and snooker facilities. We also have tenanted offices which are rented to a number of local businesses.

🥳 Happy Birthday Mark S!

Mark joined the coaching team last Christmas and has quickly become an invaluable asset, overseeing our set pieces and key aspects of defence.

In his own words, we've allowed him to fall back in love with coaching again so we're happy he found his fire again with the Phoenix ♥️

Tinners joined us last October to play touch but quickly converted to contact, leaving opponents in her wake!

Loved by her teammates on the pitch for her hard hitting runs and off the pitch for her unfiltered humour, she is a valuable member of the Phoenix family.

Our 26/27 IWS North (South) fixtures are here!

We're incredibly proud of the team we're building and can't wait to show them off over a series of 15 weekends this year.

With games against old friends and new oppositions, we're going to give it our all and make some memories along the way!

Sophie joined us in November last year and has quickly become a valuable member of the Phoenix.

Playing as a lock or in the row, Sophie is a powerful ball carrier and defensive wall. A natural lead-by-example player with the ability to inspire the teammates around her.

With lots of playing opportunities this year, we're excited to see Sophie continue to make her mark.
