A little about the trainer:
I wanted to share a little about myself to show why I think exercise and especially being in the outdoors is a good way to spend some of your time.
Like many people I work most of my time indoors in an office, and like most I could eat better, sleep more and be just a little fitter but one thing I think I do well at is challenging myself and those challenges are often set in the outdoors.
I lead expeditions for a youth charity and teach people bushcraft skills, I love to try something new and am just back from a week of ice climbing in the Alps. Most of the things I love to do take me outside where I can see the horizon, get a deep lungful of cool air and feel the space and greenery around me and it always boosts my mood and my performance.
While some of those activities might not sound like everyones cup of tea I do think that anyone can embrace a little challenge in their life and taking on a challenge with support around you and in the outdoors I think is a recipe for success.
